Benton Township, Lake County, Illinois

Benton Greenwood Cemetery is located 1/4 mile north of the intersection of Hwy 131 and Wadsworth Rds, northeast of Waukegan. The cemetery lies on the west side of the road. It is fenced and there is a dirt road into the cemetery. Except for overgrowth of short weeds, it is a well maintained cemetery.
