Lake Forrest Cemetery is located on the east side of Lake Forrest very near Lake Michigan. Starting at Hwy 41 [Skokie Hwy] and Hwy 176 [W Scranton] go east on Hwy 176, past Green Bay Rd [Hwy 131] to McKinley Rd, go south on McKinley to E Witchwood Lane [Sheridan Rd], go east/south to Spruce Ave go east to Lake Rd, go north to cemetery. The cemetery's [office only] is located on Spruce Ave next to St mary's cemetery, however, the entrance to Lake Forrest Cemetery is rather hidden in and among some very prestigious houses. Many unusual stones and higher than average number of family mausoleums. It is very well maintained.
