OLD SAINT PATRICK'S - EST

Newport Township, Lake County, Illinois

Old Saint Patrick's Cemetery is located 1/2 mile east of Interstate 90, 1/2 mile east of Hwy 41, 3/4 miles south of Hwy 173 and 2 1/2 miles south of the Wisconsin border. It is on Mill Creek Road. The cemetery lies on the east side of the street. There is no parking so I parked on the shoulder to get off the road. The cemetery is fenced in but accessible by foot. Many of the stones have severe overgrowth of grass and weeds to the point of being unable to read the inscriptions.
