SILVER CREEK CEMETERY - EST late 1840s

Silver Creek Cemetery is located is located on West Grove Road 1/8 mile west of Mt. Morris Road in Section 12. Several of theolder stones are badly weathered and broken. The first burials were in the late 1840s. There is an interesting old stone church, no longer in use, adjacent to the cemetery.
